Charlotte-based Premier Training Academy opened its doors in 2003. Our founder, David Bailey, had a vision. With 40+ years of experience in the industry, he anticipated the increased demand for professional Security Officers in the Carolinas. And recognized the importance of ensuring there were highly skilled and trained professionals to meet the challenge.
He was right.
The Carolinas continue to grow in record numbers.

Donnie Baynard

Gastonia native, Gaston College Basic Law Enforcement graduate, and Gaston County Sheriff's Office Law Enforcement background. Experienced Firearm Instructor, certified to teach Armed and Unarmed Security Officers for NC, Handcuff, and Taser.
